Our horchata has no dairy in it at all, which surprises almost everyone who drinks it. The body comes from toasted corn.
Horchata at Más Masa is toasted corn, rice, cinnamon and lime, and nothing else. No milk, no cream, no condensed anything. People taste it and assume otherwise, which is the nicest compliment the recipe gets.
