Más Masa operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect here, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Most of what we collect is information you choose to give us through our forms. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.
Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message.
Job application form. When you apply to work with us we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, your work experience, your availability and, if you choose to upload one, your resume.
Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address.
Analytics. We use Framer Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, which site you came from, your general region and the type of device you use. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell repeat visits apart. We do not use this information to identify you or to show you ads. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to answer questions about catering or events, to consider you for open roles, and to send you our newsletter if you signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Who else can see it
Our website runs on Framer, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Resumes you upload are stored in our Google Drive, and newsletter sign-ups are kept in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Google Analytics is provided by Google, which processes visit data under its own privacy policy. Online ordering and gift cards are handled by Square on their own website. When you follow an ordering link you leave our site and Square’s privacy policy applies to what happens there.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you. We keep job applications for up to one year so we can reach out if a suitable role opens up. We keep your newsletter sign-up until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete any of these at any time.
Your choices
Email us at hello@eatmasmasa.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond as quickly as we can.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
